Please read these Terms of Service completely which is owned and operated by #WEATNU. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at https://weatnu.com.
By using or accessing weatnu.com sales and providing legal info, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Correct Information
By purchasing music (downloading) or physical merchandise (CD’s, Tapes, Vinyl, etc) through weatnu.com you agree to provide full correct information, such as, address, real name, telephone number, etc.
Intellectual Property
By purchasing music (downloading) or physical merchandise (CD’s, Tapes, Vinyl, etc) through weatnu.com you agree to not re-distribute, re-sale, re-brand, either though 3rd party websites or burn to CD’s, DVD or any other medium and or copy ‘without permission’ from the artist/s of WEATNU Records or the owner of #WEATNU.
All music through weatnu.com is copy-written and protected by law. The artist who you purchase from has full legal right to their works including, artwork, lyrics, recordings, etc.
Customer service
If your file does not work, you may contact us ‘with proof of purchase’ item number.. and it will be sent to you.
If you are given a coupon number and it does not function, contact us and we will correct this ‘with proof of purchase’

Age
If you are at least 13 years old but less than 18 years old, you must have a parental sponsor to use / purchase music from weatnu.com. This includes creating user forms for purchase, membership, etc.
Termination
WEATNU Records reserves the right to terminate your access to weatnu.com, without any advance notice. For any reason, and or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy and Information
The information you provide will be kept confidential, please see Customer Privacy policy for more information.
Permission and Protection to store Customer Information
weatnu.com cannot be held liable because you have agreed to this Terms and Conditions.
As started above, the personal information you release to weatnu.com is confidential and cannot in any way be used against weatnu.com.
Either by lawsuit or possibility to file lawsuit against weatnu.com or WEATNU Records or it’s ADMIN.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the United States and is a legal binding agreement in the court of law.
Changes to This Agreement
weatnu.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site, you may be contacted by e-mail for these changes. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access to weatnu.com immediately.
